Grandma Cohen's Stringbeans

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1-2 Pounds of Fresh Stringbeans

  • 1-2 Pounds of Flanken

  • Marrow Bones

  • 1 Can of Crushed Tomatoes

  • 1 Can of Tomato Paste

  • 1 Large Onion

  • Splash of Olive Oil

  • Salt to Taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Clean and cut ends off stringbeans.

  2. Put stringbeans in large pot.

  3. Add all ingredients and stir.

  4. Bring to a very slow boil.
